20分钟，开49公里？你小学数学你爸爸在家自己教的？ 49X3=147公里每小时，还是平均速度，包括从昆山出来，到进上海市区，你知道这个是什么概念么？

现在标准放低了嘛，本来不是和东南面的toorak，brighton比较的嘛？不是说3年赶超brighton嘛？你没事总拿房子大小比什么？买房子最重要的一点是什么？ Location Location Location。比避实就虚的说什么房子大小，新旧程度，怎么不说说周边设施，公共建设？

你口中的“成交也还算平稳，不需要中介上来吆喝，1万多套房子的区，总共才二三百套在卖，大部分都自住的，需要吆喝什么？”，请你解释下，你怎么得到这些消息的，在证明下，这些你口中的消息为什么是真实的，就你这架势，不是房屋中介才怪。

location, private and public investment in local jobs and infrastructure这些恰恰是point cook最最缺乏的。而PC剩下的，只有你们这些个托口中的所谓"own judgement，而就连别人自己的judgement你们这些托都企图用不断注册马甲，做广告，虚抬价格来influence & intervene。
