缩小房屋宽度，收钱还是加钱？

最初sale person告诉我有1000刀的返还，因为我把房子从7820MM缩小到7600MM，没办法因为地的关系。
然后在 tender presentation时候，另一个人告诉我这个不是CREDIT而是收费，SALEMAN搞错了，要多加1000多刀。
我很不明白，宽度缩小了也就用料节约了，反而要多收我钱，这个是正常的还是坑爹啊？谢谢
具体明细如下：

* reduce width of Leisure room, Outdoor Leisure, Dressing room, Bedroom 2, Upper Lounge, Upper
Hallway & Bedroom 3 by approx 250mm.
* reposition Garage into Porch, Foyer & Entry by approx 30mm to suit setback requirements.
* provide additional structural beam to Garage to support first floor above. Brickwork to side
elevation of Master Suite to remain.
* provide colourbond roofing over Garage to suit.
* provide approx 2400mm wide aluminium sliding door to Outdoor Leisure in lieu of standard
stacker door.
* Garage to remain as per standard.

这得两面说，一方面，builder省了材料，另一方面，builder需要改图纸，改设计，也有费用。
就看你builder怎么考虑了。

我的builder 给我credit, 也是因为地短, 就把房长度减了60CM, 退给我1930.
