我觉得发这个帖子会被盖，但是想了想还是应该发上来。现在新闻上还没有找到相关的信息，但是我们boss昨天得到消息，这家公司会有麻烦，工作原因，只能说这么多，大家还没开始盖房的，还是避开这家公司吧，以防万一。
平时不怎么发贴，就是觉得大家攒个买地盖房的钱都挺不容易的，才发这个帖子，所以请大家拍砖的话手下留情。

哦 我听说是之前过量投资，PD自己本身有一些房子盖好了出售，但是现在不好卖，而且自己display home 也正在卖，而且之前有有些空地没有卖出去。总之好像是资金流问题。
现在他们正在疯狂叫卖display home，还有house and land package，这样能够收回一些现金。
