如果有装太阳能的筒子们是自己只需付几百元，条件是付全款，然后等退的，要赶快行动卖积分把钱拿回来

在去年六月底之前，太阳能公司打广告说只需$1000 (团购有的可低至$600）就可装太阳能，但条件是全额付款$6300左右，说是等政府会退钱给你。其实这是一种变相的骗局。他们说的是叫“government rebate"，政府会分批把钱退还给你，但实际上不是“government rebate', 装太阳能是按积分算的（1.5 KW 是133 个积分，2KW 大约166积分），这些积分是放在 “clean house"里面，政府是不管的，要等后面的顾客如果装太阳能需要积分时来买。clean house 里面的积分是一分$40, 但现在clean house 有大约 15.07 million 积分。
如果有筒子们是以这种方式装的太阳能，打电话到政府去查你前面有多少积分，政府公布的大约会兑换的积分如下：
2013 is 7.94 percent (equivalent to 15.07 million Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) as a proportion of total estimated liable electricity for the 2013 year)
2014 is 6.10 percent (equivalent to 11.81 million STCs as a proportion of total estimated liable electricity for the 2014 year)
自己算算，如果你前面只有1 － 2 million 积分，你可以等到明年或后年。
如果你前面有几百万甚至上千万的积分，建议最好尽快在open market 上卖出积分（前几个月在$29-$30/积分），现在不知道是多少。否则等几年也是有可能。因为如果要买也是在open market 上先买，那里面便宜，那里面没有了才到clean house里买。
以上是个人建议，因为本人也是受害者（太阳能公司只是让我等，说政府会退钱，其实这是欺骗加拖延），我前面有大约8million积分，因需用钱，已经在open market出售了积分。今天收到email，就是上面的政府统发布的数据，这样看来到2014年才会从clean house理出售2million 个积分，所以觉得通知大家一下，以免大家无限期等待。n

就是说如果你装了太阳能交了全款大约$6000多（1.5KW），等退的，属于上述情况，否则没事
