最近看上一间房子 (Reservoir), 律师看了 section32 后跟我点出了一些问题
1. In the event of a storm exceeding the design capacity of the underground drain, the property will be affected by overland flows. The estimated flood level for this property that has a possibility of 1% in any one year is RL80.3 meters to Australian Height Datum.
律师建议我找个 surveyor 评估一下因为这个房有可能会被 overland flows 影响到.....有朋友可以给些意见吗?? 查了一下这个区似乎有过 flooding 的纪录, 有点犹豫

可以查一下房子的海拔高度，和周围其它房子的比较。
如果不是很低，应该没有问题。
