新买的房子没有热水

大家好，我最近新买了房子，住了3个礼拜了，房子的热水系统是煤气系统，可是我一直打不着火。请问如何投诉房屋中介会比较有效解决问题？

Normally, people would cut off gas supply after they sold out the property. There's nothing you could complain about it. I believe you have done final inspection before settlement. You should raise up before settlement date.
In this case, you would need to look for local gas plumber to service & light up your hot water system if you don't know how to do it. Just the same as I did. Most probably you would have to pay for about $70 - $100.
By the way, you have to watch them how to light up the system. If you still couldn't understand, ask them to teach you. Sometimes, the flame would be gone off because of strong wind. Then, you would have to light up by yourself. Otherwise, you would have to pay for someone to light up again.

到底是从来没有点着过，还是点着后很快就灭了？是你不会弄还是怎么了，找gas plumber 或者懂的朋友帮你看看吧。其实之前的房主可能是为你好，搬走以前把火给你灭了，在你搬进来以前不用白交GAS钱。我之前的房主也是这样做的。

谢谢各位热心的朋友，是这样的，我从来就没有打着过，所以并不清楚这个是什么问题。我的煤气灶都可以用的，所以只有两种可能：1.我不会打火；2.煤气热水系统有问题。看来我只有自己找个plumber先修了，不然影响生活。不过我觉得这个应该前房东或者中介负责修复，大家觉得呢？

别想了，没这种好事，自己出钱修吧。如果是租的，就可以找他们。

如果是新房子可以着开发商，或者管理公司，他们会来检查或者会给你热水器的公司联系方式去保修
如果是旧房子，就只有自己琢磨怎么解决了
