just find out, I have not received any electricity bill after the smart meter installed....
I called tru entergy, they said the account number does not exist, the electricity for my property is under someone else and due to the pricary they can't tell me any details....
how strange!!

the problem is TRU sent me a letter yesterday and said my electricity will be cut 2 weeks after if they can't hear from me during this period.
however I called them , they can't recognise I am the account holder.....
any suggestions?
