怎么看自己买的房是投资还是自猪？

我今天偶然看看贷款的账户的statement，写着
Investment Loan Balance $xxxxxx
Investment Loan Account No.xxxxxx
1.这个是不是投资贷款的意思，，，？
我记得房子买的时候solicitor和贷款broker都说给我做的自住房啊
2.我从哪里可以看到房子投资还是自住？2年来我也没报过税。
3.投资自住有什么区别吗？我之前拿cash租掉过，现在自己回来住了，也有分租
未来这个unit可能会卖掉换一个house，不过10年内有没有可能还另说了
希望有人帮忙解答一下

按投资房贷款的自住房吧.这个银行的是产品名称,和你在税局报税用的那个投资或自住是两回事.据说两方从来不联系.

What 房产状态?
If you make an income/loss from your property (from rental or whatever), you declare it at your tax return. If you make nothing from your property, you don't need to do anything.
If you rent our your house, make sure your home and content insurance is a landlord insurance.
If you make capital gain when you sell your house, you need to pay capital gain tax. unless you can prove that for the previous 6 years the house is your principle place of residence (you live there for 6 years).

If you're living the house, it's 自猪房, even the bank statement says investment loan, doesn't matter.
If you rent the house out, it's 投资房, and you will need pay land tax on it.
The title doesn't say 自猪房 or 投资房:)
