在唐人街拎了一份雪梨地产，看料一下Chatwood， Eastwood， Epping的房价，比墨尔本的Balwyn， Boxhill ， Glen Waverley便宜很多。
大胆估计悉尼地产未来十年跑赢墨尔本。

别不同现在只剩chinatown里面那间，老实说他们的东西还是贵，chatswood，eastwood和epping完全算不了富人区，前一段的报纸评估了全国最贵的10个区，其中悉尼前8，墨尔本有一个但第9，这里面排第8的房子平均价位都有2m了，比chatswood高1倍都有。
