最近看到一个房子,满足我们的居住需求.
但是房子很旧了,需要装修才能住.
广告写forthcoming auction,但是中介说那之前和接受合适价格的offer的。
地比较的大,中介的电子邮件说现在的屋主有造3个townhouse的permit,但lapsed了.原话如下.
our current owners had planning permits for 3 townhouses of which have now lapsed and you will need to go through the town planning process again.
收到的合同和section 32正在请律师看,合同中有类似这样的valuations. (请注意金额是个示意.)
Site Value: 495,000
Captal Improved Value: 500,000
Net annual value: 25,000
Relevant Date: 1st January 2010.
广告上的标价是这个加个标价正负5%区间。(请注意金额是个示意)
