请问offset acc和redraw之间的真正区别~~

近期准备首次买房，自住。看了各个银行的利率，发现bankwest的online home loan最低，6.29%。
但是没有offset acc，只能redraw。但redraw不收取任何费用，也没有任何limitations （客服的人说的）
之前听说offset和redraw最大的区别是tax的影响，那么对于自住来说，是不是可以忽略？除此之外，还有什么不同吗？
有了解这个package的tx能说说这个的优点和缺点吗？也可以推荐其它好的产品，谢谢！！！

Offset: example home loan account $500k limit and $400k home loan balance; Your daily banking bank account has $100k funds, in this instance, the bank calcuate your interest based on the difference of your home loan balance $400k and your daily banking account balance $100k ($400k-$100k=$300k) to work out interest you will have to pay.
Redraw: same exmple as above, the difference between your home loan account $500k limt and $400k home loan balance is $100k=$500k-$400k, thus you will have maximum $100k funds to be withdraw called redraw.

according to your explain
both redraw and offset will have 100K can be used
and the interests for them are all same, right?

有点糊涂了。。。
我知道offset是说银行另外开个账户，贷款人可以将多余的钱（超过mimium repayment的钱）放入这个账户，抵消贷款额，同时又方便实用。
redraw出来的钱到底是还款多余的钱，还是purchased price-amount of mortgage的钱 (500k-400k)？
