关于银行付款的2个问题

新到悉尼，好不容易找到了房，准备付款
中介要求用DEFT付款，遇到2个问题
1是我在悉尼中国银行新开的DEBET 卡号和 ACCOUNT 账号不同，这个好像就是这样的，另外，ACCOUNT 的位数中国银行给我的文件上是13位，但DEFT要求输入只能9位，不知道是不是直接去掉最后的4位？
2是关于DEFT这个工具有点疑惑，它从头到尾不需要我输入取款密码，难道只要信息输入争取，就能划走钱？
看了很久，终于首次在万能的澳洲上求助，期待大家的回复

You got different account number and debeit card number
If you need to pay from your account or you need to transfer money into your account
you should use the account number instead of your card number
there's two forms of the account number, one is 13 digital number for internation transfer
another is 9 digital number for domestic use. The most important is the begining 6 digital
number while the digital from 7-9 is not important.
As for my question, I just cut the last 4 digital from my 13 digital account number then I got my domestic account number.
When you are using a DEFT payment, it is no meed to enter your pin. The system can transfer money out from your account in case you put in all necessary and correct bank account information.
Seems not so secure.
