根据SRO的规定,First Home Owners Grant必须是不超过75万的房子才行,那么如果我先买一块60万的地,然后再造个40万的房子,这样的情况还能拿到First Home Owners Grant吗?进一步讲,如果地上有房子,settle后6个月之内推到重建是不是符合要求呢?谢谢!
Please note that for contracts entered into on or after 1 January 2010 the grant will only be payable where the price of the property or construction of the home does not exceed $750,000, except where the contract relates to a home that is on, or to be built on, primary production land.

我想可能是标题有点误导,先买地,再建房,两者相加超过75万,是否还符合First Home Owners Grant的条件?SRO的条款给我的感觉是,FHOG跟地没什么关系,只要是第一次拥有的房子就行,对于建房来说,只要造价不超过75万就行;对旧房子来说,只要总价不超过75万就行,请问是不是这样?
