MAKITA or Ozito Impact Driver?

I need powerful driver for my home work with tight budget around $100. I pre-owned 2 cheap cordless drivers before, they are garbage, all useless in front of hardwood or colorbond.
Basically, 2 drivers in Bunning catch my eyes.
1. MAKITA TD0101F corded Impact Driver, selling at $99. Big brand, good quality tool with powerful torque 100NM. "trade tool" as praised by Bunning guys, which means it is can be used by tradesman for business. It is corded driver powered by 240v electricity line. Not so convenient to use, but never worry about battery life and charging fading after years, i.e. the more times charge, the less power it gets. But it is only 1 year warranty.
2. Ozito Li-ion 18v cordless Impact Driver selling @128. Famous brand for its cheap price and full functions with powerful 120NM torque. Not sure whether it is reliable or not, but it comes with 3 years warranty, plus 2 Li-ion batteries. Convenient to use with Li-ion battery, but not sure how long the li-ion would last. Once li-ion becomes faded, I guess it would not be covered by warranty.
