it was developed by Roland , quality is so so , heard it was leaking during the rainy day .check if it is this unit which is leaking . price is cheaper than the developer's unit. rent is ok , not very high , but in north share , tennant is mostly good , they keep your place and common area very clean.so the whole building are normally looks as new even after years go on. I seen some of my friends place , as good as new after many years.
but most tennant are aussies . they are more demanding . they know their rights. not as easy as asian tenant |
