Just received the soil report for my new bought land in Williams Landing. Site classification is P, however my next street neighbour's is H. Is that big difference? P class due to the depth of filling material encountered.
Also it is recommended to use DECK PAD FOOTINGS instead of my neighbour's GRIDDED STRIP FOOTINGS. Anyone can explain this to me? Thank you.
The surface movements will be 60-75mm, too much?
on the contract, my fixed site cost includes H slab instead of standard M, however my site is P class now, still can use H SLAB?
