贷款的时候，买building insurance，要不要买accidental damage

贷款里面其中有一项必须要有appropriate的building insurance.
去网站上做building insurance的报价的时候，总是会被问及到要不要买accidental damage的cover
请问这是什么啊，买保险不就是买accidental的么，怎么还有这样一个option
如果不cover accidental damaged的保险，一般都保什么呢？

accidental damage is an additional cover, so it's optional. Most standard insurance only cover disaster such as fire etc, that's not accidental damage, it means say for example you break something by yourself accidentally.

understand, it makes sense!
so, the accidental damage is not a compulsory insurance when we sign the loan contract, is it correct?
