Ask for a contract to install windows for enclosed balcony

Hi everyone,
I would greatly appreciate if you can recommend a good contractor you ever used whose speciality is installing windows for balconies (create enclosed balconies).
I have already received Strata approval. I want to start the work next month.

呵呵,楼主问的问题我不知道,
但是我想要问楼主是怎么申请到strata同意的，我们家阳台风很大，我也想要把阳台封闭起来:)

Talk to your Strata to submit an application to a goverment orgnization. Application fee around $800 paid from Strata fund. My strata told me that even you do not install the windows for your unit, this approval (as the format of by laws) can increase your property vaule.
