悉尼baulkham hills安装卫星电视天线问题

请问住在baulkham hills安装过卫星电视天线的TX，是否需要向council申请后才可以安装卫星电视的室外天线（1.5米大锅）？如果需要，那么才能申请呢？

一般都不申请的，说现在申请需要叫环境报告，可是这个环境报告到哪里去弄
直接去问你邻居，他们介不介意你装卫星大锅。如果不介意就无所谓了，装了7年后也就自动专成conucil prove了
如果万一装上之后再被告知要申请再去申请也不迟么
