也来写拍卖，Blackburn South 9月8日拍卖

之前一直在看Blacksouth的房子，结果看到 296 Blackburn Road, Blackburn South, VIC 3130（因为权限不能放链接，大家可以在网上自己查一下）
花园特别漂亮，位置很好，但是在blackburn road旁边。LD极其不喜欢在大路旁的房子，所以就只有作罢。但是朋友很喜欢，陪着他们去了上周六的拍卖，人不多，都是华人面孔。 拍卖师开场的时候很冷场，没有人叫， 就开出了房东竞价52万。然后朋友开了52.5万，另外一个人也跟着叫了，和朋友开始了拉锯战，1千，2千的加！加到55万的时候，另外一个人好似放弃，但是正当喊到55万第二次的时候， 眼看房子就在接下来的10秒钟到手了，突然有一个人从外面走进来（因为是在后院拍卖），喊道56万。因为朋友预算有限，就这样瞬间被秒杀了。
房子56万卖出去了，觉得地理位置， 潜力挺好的，后来朋友还是有点后悔的，当时应该再出把价试一试。

大路边不好
自己家的LD也不很不喜欢大路边，但是看到这个地理环境，自己都还是有点心动

挺好的, 虽然是大路但是房子这么摆, 不会吵,性价比好

所以，朋友当时挺后悔的，因为一下子加1万，没回过神！本来要再搏一搏！！
不吵，去看了房子，听不到车

没有什么可惜的，在这么主要的大道上，不但吵而且汚染，毎天有多少辆车由此经过?!

大路边的房子，买的时候便宜，卖得时候也便宜。
另外家里有小小朋友的，也不建议住在主路旁边；孩子对速度没有判断力，有时路边玩耍很危险的。
