有住在cairnlea的朋友吗？这个区怎么样？

看房小半年了，银子又有限，从东北一路看到西北，心力交瘁中....~ 最近得知原来一个同事住在Cairnlea，那里有victoria uni和两个shopping centre，离city也不算太远，有点动心~
但是没看到坛子里有讨论过，不知道具体怎么样，有没有住在这个人区的朋友出来给点建议？治安，学校，地势高否？

我刚在cairnlea 买了地。老婆在melton工作，我在parkville。 cairnlea 正好在当中。公立小学cairnlea park比周围的要好很多。 37%的household算是middle upper income。
我当时选区的criteria
1. not near airport (keilor， sydenham)
2. not near any heavy industry (altona, laverton)
3. not high crime spots
4. less than 20 km from city (caroline springs, PC, werribee, etc)
5. not near smelly dump site (caroline springs, derrimut）
6. Near new house for less than 550K (williamstown, maribyrnong, maidstone)
7. decent public primary school
看来看去就剩cairnlea 了。
