修屋顶求助!!!

今天刚叫了人来做了roof restoration 的 quote, 下面是要修的:
有些不是太懂, Supply and Fix Flexi point for the pointing of all ridges 是指 Replace & repointing & rebeding of ridge capping 吗? 不需要replace全部的ridge capping.
周末还有2个来quote.
这个是$4200. 贵吗?
* Clean roof with pressurised hose.
* Supply sealant
* Supply two coats of paint. Colour to be selected.
* Supply roof tiles to change any broken tiles.
* Supply sand and cement for any cracked concrete under the ridges.
* Supply and Fix Flexi point for the pointing of all ridges, before painting.
* Supply and fix Flashing for flat back roof to stop leaking.
* Supply and Fix Silicone to the flat car port between the tin roof and clear sheeting.
* Fix one downpipe on the left side of the house.
* Fix the bottom of the downpipe in the front of the garage on the right hand side of the house.
* Supply and Fix gutter to match existing, front, right side and joint at the back

我的经验, 如果不漏，就别弄。Restoration 只是好看而已。自己又看不到。

要看你的屋面面积？关键是看一平米/多少大洋，才知道贵不贵？

那些项目看起来多，其实也就是修补开裂的屋脊，重新抹水泥，把移位的瓦片复位，洗屋顶，喷漆，前面几个自己做不难，后面两项有工具也不难

最近自己在做整个房子的ridge 20kg的水泥沙能做8块瓦也就$5.9块gen II $40，一桶能图22米，瓦片2手$3-5一块。全部一层楼的房子$250块不打油漆的话就能搞定。花点时间爬爬屋顶当作锻炼身体。其实没必要上漆洗洗干净就可以了。参考YouTube 呵呵一回生2回熟嘛。当作爬屋顶看风景
