请教盖grannyflat 有没有地的宽度要达到12米的要求？

因为地的宽度只有10米，之前看州政府的要求里没找到盖grannyflat关于地的宽度要求，今天问council,他们说只要满足州政府的要求就可以了，但是看到其他帖子里有说要12米宽，所以问问看那位明白给我们普及普及！谢谢了！

虽然没有说12米，但是有：
