请帮忙看看我的新房设计图

要在后面独立再建一栋了。设计师刚刚发过来了设计图。请大家指点一下。

这厅显然不够大拉,还在交通流线上.
5个房间了, 主卧还是加ensuite好些. 不知道你喜欢住2楼还是1楼,有个等级会好些.
另外2楼那个living 总感觉很鸡肋诶. 让设计师在出几个方案.

因为觉得楼上的问题比较大，还没怎么看楼下呢．．．如果二层２房实在太挤，也许就一房一厅了．．．？

看看地够不够大，车库，POS，放的下吗？直接考虑设计墙靠墙2个 townhouse，比在2楼加厨房，收益高多了

进门就是楼梯，感觉不好。整套房子采光点不好，以后会很暗。

如果直接不行，考虑前面的房子改动一下。再不行，都推到，盖3个。后面加盖一个，成本不低，要算好收益在动手。如果前面房子年头大了，就没什么保留价值了。

My 2-cent comments:
1.Kitchen layout looks a bit funny, my suggestion is to change like the drawing attached, it might look better and is more useful

Or change the store into a doorway to garage, so that you could enter your house from garage directly,
2. Add a sliding door between bed1 & bathroom at ground floor, so this bathroom could be sort of ensuite?
3. Is it possible to provide a window to bathroom at gorund floor? even a high window does much help.
