再来求助，pest inspection report。

昨天做的pest inspection report出来了。里面有些内容看着有点费解。特来万能的澳洲再次求助。
Absence of adequate ant capping to stumps. Ant capping aids in the deterrence and detection of termite activity.
Hot water system overflow should be drained away from house.
这两句没看懂。
Was evidence of Fungal Decay found? Yes
The condition of the timber appears: Decaying
Evidence of decay to front left fascia
这是说木头有腐坏的现象，这个问题怎么解决呢。报告里没有提到。

ant capping to stumps 是指 subfloor 的桩子上面一块铁片，是用来防止白蚁的，但是如果桩子是水泥的，这个ant cap 就没什么用了，ant cap 只有在房子桩基为木质是才非常有用
hotwater overflow是指房子外面的煤气热水器，上面有个细的铜管经常滴水到房子墙壁附近，潮湿的环境容易造成白蚁的入侵。
