物业找了个报价  具体工作如下：
The  'Traditional Method' Repair is required as follows in the ENSUITE shower:
Stage 1: Remove shower screen, remove bottom row of tiles and floor tiles in the shower.
Stage 2: Minor render and primer shower floor and bottom row.
Stage 3: Waterproof the shower base twice in compliance with AS 3740
Stage 4: Retile bottom row and floor in the shower, using similar or white tiles if an exact match cannot be sourced (Tileallowance $25pm2 for walls and $30pm2 for the floor tiles).
Stage 5: Reinstall existing shower screen
报价$1500 包GST。  因为对于这个物业已经怨念很深了，非常不靠谱，所以想自己找师傅来做。
