房子的结构问题

刚Sign contract, 现在在cooling off.
在看这房子的strata report好像有点问题，想问问坛子里面懂建筑的高手看看这问题大吗？
要买的是个30年的villa. 那里是个villa群，在坡上。我的是22号， 21号贴着我的villa, 在我上坡。
去年21号出现moisture dampness的情况，原因是我的front yard有个30增高的modification. 为了解决问题，增高被remove了。我不知道这会对我的房子有影响吗？
请高手指导。
The repairs involve the installation of new cavity flashing of the western wall of villa 21 where it faces the frontyard of the adjoining villa 22. Future. The pavers within the front raised yard are to be removed so that an adequate waterproof membrane can be installed from the new cavity flashing down to the concrete slab edge.

看起来，物业搞的应该不会有什么问题，楼主最好还是找个专业人士质询一下。

看起来好像没有什么问题，应该是做了防水和安装了Flashing。物业应该是找了正规的施工人员做的。

我当时买房子，也做了一个检查。让我最终下定决定不要那个才8年新的房子的原因：
检查报告里面有一项：房子的2楼洗手间防水不好，导致水渗透到了一楼的墙体上。检查的人用专门侧湿度的仪器给我测了，墙体里面湿度不小（这种东西外面完全看不出来，外面看上去墙壁很新很好，无水迹）。这种房子的墙体泡水里面时间很长了以后，相信对使用寿命没有什么好的影响。
