A house surrounded by butts of others'

Hi, I will inspect a house tomorow. Interestingly, it looks funny because it sits in the middle of other houses' backyards. There are no other neighbours abreast facing the same street. It feels so lonely already.

我家就是图中22A位置，你那个位置要是晚上在后院吵，旁边六户都很头疼

possible scenarios:
1. on Australia day, all 6 neighbours have BBQ in backyard ( smoke, noisy, kids playing..)
2. on Easter Holiday, all 6 neighbours have BBQ in backyard ( smoke, noisy, kids playing..)
3.  Xmas, , all 6 neighbours have BBQ in backyard ( smoke, noisy, kids playing..)
4. you need find out if your neighours are quite, like party, have many kids?? as you are very close to everyone's backyard, noise could be an issue.....

and if you do anything in backyard, all 6 neighbours, and their family, can see what you are doing:
- your kids playing
- you speak chinese, if too loud, some aussies people might complain etc.
- if you do chinese cooking, smell goes to everyone house, some aussies might complain again
- your gardening.
- your washing, your undies, all washings everyone can see
- your privacy .... basically very little, surrounded by 6 neighbours...
also beware of easement, pipeline, plumbing problems, not sure how the plumbing network is setup around your house and neighbourn, could also be issue...
