什么时候申请开通电和燃气？

4月初要搬新家，什么时候申请开通煤气电呀。是搬过去以后没？悉尼有什么好的燃气，电公司推荐，谢谢。

现在就开帐号，告诉他们入住开通日期，从入住那天才开始算钱。
