Macquarie银行放贷,1.3% permanent off， 现在利率5.15%

听我Macquarie的朋友说的，这个是Macquarie银行给员工的优惠，但是可以推荐家人和朋友，只要有Macquarie的员工把你的名字和电话号码转发给相关部门，他们会打电话给你。
这个折扣的条件是你贷款的比例在80%以下，投资房和自住房都可以，新房贷和Refinance都可以。
不过因为利率低，所以所有的政府注册费用都要自己付。
这个活动到30 Jun 2013年结束，只要你在这之前申请成功了，这个房贷的life time都是这个折扣。

I like it, but it's impossible. They offer 4.95% fix rate, too.

no, it's after the discount, 5.15%, similar to Ubank's rate
