The house I inspected yesterday is still tenanted, but the tenancy will finish at the end of this month. I have a preapproval in hand. Here below will be my offer by email. Welcome to throw your opinons.

My offer amount is $300,000, which is subject to:
      Building Inspection
      Pest Inspection
      Vacant possessesion by the time of settlement

可以写上offer的有效期限。
不过这种offer没法律效力，也不用太在意。

正式的Offer 更有法律约束力
一般是中介帮写  在合同上写明subject to 啥啥的
