a house built with asbestos materials?

After 6 months' hunting, I finally found a house which ticks most of my boxes. I showed my interest but one concern has been since bothering me because this weatherboard house is built with asbestos materials.
BTW, I won't mind living in a weatherboard house at all. What putting me off is the asbestos. I have done lots of research on it and know it's fine as long as they are not disturberd and sealed by painting. But mentally, I just can't accept myself living amone asbestos, every breath I take in is with fibres, my lungs are gradually becoming stiff......
I put in my offer, the first offer during 6 months' hunting, at a much lower price. The agent has been pushing me to raise my offer. Well, my enthusiam in this house has turned from "I will bid against any competitors" to "Whatever. If my offer is accepted, I will possibly take it, otherwise, leave it."
I am prepared to walk away because of asbestos.

asbestos again?? just dont expose asbestos... but mentally if you can't accept it, you will not feel comfortable living in it>?

No, I wouldn't feel comfortable if lived in a house like that.
After research, I thought I had been prepared to accept it. But when it really came up, I realise I still can't, though I do like the location, the land, the floorplan, .....perfectly meet my expectations except asbestos.

i mean some people can accept, if you can't, then you will not feel comfortable.,and you live in it everyday, so important find something you are comfortable with :)
