今天收到中介发来的section 32, 有一些特别条款不是特别理解,请澳洲高人帮忙看看。
1、The purchaser warrants that the premises will be used predominantly for residential purpose and indemnify the vendor for any GST liability incurred by the vendor for a breach of this warranty. "GST" means GST within the meaning of "A New Tax System"Good and Services Tax Act 1999 (as amended).
2、Stamp Duty: Purchasers buying unequal interests.
a) The purchasers fully indemnify the vendor, the vendor's agent and the vendor's legal practitioner against any claims or demands which may be made against any or all of them in relation to any additional duty payable as a result of the proportions in the transfer differing from those in the contract.
b) This special condition will not merge on completion.
