We ask a conveyancer,and he reply us as follow....but why it is so expensive....

With regard to costs, our service charge is $1500. This includes all standard searches, settlement, stamping and sundries, as well as our fee. The strata report would be approximately $270 and this would be added over and above the $1500.
We request the sum of $300 be placed in our trust account upon opening of your file. The balance is then payable on settlement of the purchase.
