Pre-approval贷款后，如果没工作或者换成了contract，会影响正式批贷款吗？

会。Pre-approve只是你去问银行说＂如果我的情况是这样，那你会让我贷多少钱，什么利率＂。那银行会告诉你如果你所说的是真的，这样的情况，他们可以以这个利率贷你多少。那不是一个offer，还是要经过确认和審核。如果你的情况变了，正式審批时就不同了。

是的，看哪家银行和做的哪一种Pre-APPROVAL，比如有些只是查CREDIT，有些可以允许去AUCTION。

就算是正在SERVICE的贷款，你的还款能力变了，按照贷款的合同，银行还是有权中止贷款合同的。

正式approval的时候要做verification，换了工作工资差不多没试用期就应该没问题，失业就可能不行了！
预批的基本条件是，收入负债状况没变化。

你说的是final approval之后吧，一般来讲final approval之后就没问题，除非遇到random audit发现给了假材料

I'm a contractor. I'd finished my first year contracting and got a house loan straight away.
ANZ are the only provider (apparently) who will look at a contractor with 12 months history. Most want 3 years, some 5. ANZ were also the bank I was with, and who also hold my company accounts.
I also went in with 10 years of previous work in the (IT) industry, letters from 3 clients saying work would continue, and a wife who was in full-time employment too.
Get an advisor. They do all the chasing and know all the details. We used StellaFinance and they were awesome to deal with - stellafinance.com.au
