Hi, I found a house sitting on a corner block in a quiet area. Is this a good one or not just by this point?

拐角好是因为以后拆分容易，而且很多时候可以通过把车库门开在侧面盖个大房子

拐角房的好处是今后造房后可以把门改变到边上一条街，便于自由出入。

Normally, there are strict limits on the height of fences in the front part because of traffic requirements.

Quiet street in a GOOD suburb is the key here. Corner block in such location has more flexibility and potentials, more street frontage, high side fence, as well as one less neighbour. Down sides are bigger setback, more traffic (car and foot)...etc.
It is good when it is on a quiet street in a good suburb, and not so good in other places. If you build an outstanding house (kind of 豪宅) on a good corner block it will look better and be regarded as more expensive than the same house on a normal block, as the beauty of the house is fully in front of the eyes.
