BUILDER的造房合同可以改吗

他们有个6页的special conditions, 有些地方很不合理而且保护他们的。请问我可以提出修改吗，还是要找律师和他们协商？

special conditions很难改，要不，你列出来哪些special conditions你是觉得不能接受想改的，大家给你参谋参谋

有些不满意的Special Condition如下:
1. Owner supplies labour and/or materials does not apply. 考虑到建房过程中可能会有第三方的人进来安装东西。
2. The Builder will be entitled to claim additional costs as a result of a provisional allowance adjustment notwithstanding any failure by the Builder to advise the Owner of the additional costs incurred where a provisional allowance has been exceeded. The Owner will make no objection to any such adjustment or claim that the Builder may make. 这条太霸道了，如果BUILDER因为各种原因没有通知到我，我就要支付他们说的任何additional costs.
3. 合同上说如果Builder损坏Footpath需要我们自己掏钱修
4. 过期罚金是每周300，个人觉得太少了因为房租现在近600刀

前三条都是可以要求改动或删除，第四条应该是对purchaser的过期罚款，就是completion的时候如果你没有按时交房款，要交给builder的罚款。
