求助啊，大家拿到town planning permit前都花了多少钱啊？

今天一算账，妈妈啊，不知不觉花了这么多钱， 13000了！！！！

好多钱啊！
我感觉我走了一些弯路？比如soil test , existing building measurement 还有aborist report 好像别人都不用啊！！！！

据说后面的还有出一张engineering 图以及subdivision 还得好几千是么？

i am getting a subdivision done as well, just paid a 5000 deposit.......
ur price sound fair to me looking at somersoft.com.au lol
btw how much is ur architect/draftsman asking?

soil test may be the council requirment?
existing building measurement, r u doing a battle axe subdivision etc?
aborist report, u have big/character trees in ur yard?

The quote of tree remove will cost another 3300....
For one single biggest tree, it will cost 1500 plus GST....
