下水道堵塞怎么sydney water 来了

今天邻居家下水堵了，两三个小时后，来了一辆sydney water的维修车。心里好奇下水堵了该自来水管什么事。出去一问，人家说也管这事，只是要按这么几个步骤走（网上搜来的) 链接 http://www.sydneywater.com.au/SW ... er-chokes/index.htm
If you have a sewer choke in the private wastewater pipes on your property, call a licensed plumber.
如果你自认为问题在自家排污管道，请找有执照的管道工。
If you think the sewer choke is in our pipes, call us on 13 20 90. We'll ask you some questions, so we can work out:
what's causing the problem
where the problem is
如果你认为问题出在我们的管道上，请打132090，我们会问你一些问题，看看问题在哪，是什么造成了堵塞
If we think the problem is in our pipes, we'll send someone out to have a look. We should be there within three hours. If the problem is in our wastewater system, we'll fix it.
我们会派人在三个小时内出现场查看。是我们的问题，我们会负责维修。
If we think the problem is in your pipes, we'll advise you to hire a licensed plumber to investigate the problem.
