父母给钱付首付，需要写non-refundable gift的信

想问一下各位，最近需要找银行申请贷款，父母会给部分钱帮助付首付，然后银行需要父母写一封信说这个钱是一个 non-refundable gift.
请问大家有写过么？该怎么写呢？需要在一个特定的表格上写还是一张白纸就可以了？

这封信很简单，也可以用 statutory declaration的形式
就是父母签字，说明他们会给你多少钱做买房首付，而且是纯赠予不是借贷不用还的。

Can I just ask my parents to type on a paper and sign it off at the bottom, and then send it over to me?
Do they have to write it on statutory declaration?

有的银行只要一封信，有的银行要按他们的格式填表，JP签名
还是那句话，LZ 要申请哪个银行？
然后我们才好给答案
你总不能让我们把所有银行一一列出来吧？
而且好奇LZ这样没有特定目标的，何不找个broker咨询？简单得多

In terms of the bank i'm applying loan from. Haven't decided yet
Have been talking to different banks and see what kinda deal they have.
But right now i'm pretty sure will choose from ANZ, NAZ or CBA, which among all of them require a letter like that, and no specification being given like the format,JP signature as such.
My parents are in China and the bank wants them to sign the letter off.

这三家银行不用JP签名的。
你自己写好叫他们签就可以了
就是某某某自愿给某某某多少钱，这个钱是non- refundable gift
就完了

就打在一张A4纸上就行，我有版本，你要不。我BROKER给我的，我也是最近买房弄的。
上面的签字还是我自己模仿的。
