最近想买房自住，有谁知道Greystanes 的房子如何，那里的小学怎样？

why you want to buy there ?
how much is your budget for property?
The house for 3 bedrooms is only around $500,000 in Greystanes. Just a bit hard to travel i guess.
we are living in westmead now.
my mother -in-law (she is local) likes there , she was a public school teacher before and she said to me , Greystanes public school is not bad .
She thought it is better than Westmead public school which i do agree with her.
Greystanes has o/c but westmead public school does not has o/c but has talent class at year 5 i think.

Thanks, I work near Parramatta so it close. Budget is 550-700k.

we are renting now and also having the same budget for property.
my husband prefer buying at westmead and he also doesn't mind living in Greystanes. as he is working at Parra .
i prefer at north say, carlingford or epping where my husband does not like there at all . ;( hard to decide .
