英文版的。我没外国房客,所以还没用过。大家酌情加减(比如pet、friends之类)。
Tenant’s agreement
Tenant agrees:
1. Tenant must obey landlord’s administration.
2. Tenant must pay two weeks bond and $** of security for each key before moving in.
3. Tenant must pay rentals on time (two weeks each payment prior to stay in).Landlord has the right to cancel the agreement when tenant has delayed the payment.
4. Telephone call charges should be paid off monthly according to the actual telephone bill.
5. Tenant must provide the landlord the valid copy of his photo ID (such as passport or driver’s license).
6. Tenant must keep quiet and not disturb other’s livehood and study when inside the house.
7. Each tenant should keep clear and tidy for other’s use after showering and cooking.
8. The ** months of minimum time is required to stay in when tenant agrees to move in.
9. One who goes to bed last must make sure that front entry and balcony doors are properly locked, lights are turned off and tapes are firmly closed (no drops).
10. The damage caused by tenant: tenant must pay the repairing charge. Landlord only takes care of organizing the handyman to fix the damage.
11. Landlord should try his best to satisfy the tenant’s appropriate requirements
12. Two weeks prior notice must be given when tenant decides to move out.
Landlord agrees:
1. Landlord must get the permission before entering the tenant’s room.
2. Landlord reserves the right to cancel any agreements by giving two weeks prior notice to tenant.
3. Landlord will pay back the bond to tenant if there is no any damage to house and equipments. Key security must be paid to tenant against returning of the keys.
4. Damage caused by tenant’s improper use of the sharing equipments (such as light, tape. mirror and so on): landlord only in charge of organizing repairing work on the basis tenant pay the cost.
