Want to buy 3bedsroom with 2 bathroom plus small storage there .and not for investment. Just want to live there.
But not sure whether is worth or not? Price is $540,000
Is there anybody who bought units there?
Or who knows those units?
Much appreciated any ideas .

Intend..........Not bought yet.
She feel it is okay, but just close to the HWY, a little bit noisy.
Others are fine.

double classes it is ok , i went there and can not heard any noise .
is your friend working or living around there now?
we are living in westmead and my husband working in parramatta . our baby is at childcare close my husband office .. that is why he want to buy there.
i m not sure whether i want to live there or not. ;(
