WEST PYMBLE, PYMBLE 和 TURRAMURRA

看房看到要吐啊！！！想想问问北岸达人们，是如何看待WEST PYMBLE, PYMBLE, TURRAMURRA.
周末参加了个PARTY， 一朋友说TURRAMURRA 超堵的，不如来WEST PYMBLE. 可又有LOCAL 的朋友说WEST PYMBLE 没TRAIN 的。PYMBLE 有貌似很贵的说。EAST LINDFIELD 和 EAST KILLAR 又太贵了。
有没有达人可以解惑的， 关于这三个区的利弊，教育。

我一朋友说如果去WEST PYMBLE, 可以避过的，貌似她在堵之前，就左转了。到底堵得多厉害啊？

pacific highway一路堵到artarmon
最堵的是turramurra,pymlbe,roseville,chatswood
一路下来到artarmon半小时至少的

My god!!,难怪 TURRAMURRA 的房子要便宜好多，原来这么堵啊！又开始纠结去哪里买房子里!

Pacific HW 早高峰是往大桥方向堵车，晚高峰是从大桥出来往北走堵车。。。。如果你是反着这个开的，就很顺畅。。。。
一段是从Chatswood一路堵到Roseville，过了Speed Camera就好点
一段是Gordon一直堵到Turramurra，过了Speed Camera也会好点
还有一个提醒就是从Turramurra一直到上Freeway，都是School Zone。。。。。好几公里的40限速。。。。上班的时候简直是恐怖。。。。
Pymble和Turramurra都有火车站，Pymble是小站，Turramurra是大站。。。。West Pymble没有火车，出来其实也堵。。。一边是Pacific HW，一边是MQ，MQ在高峰的时候堵的比Pacific HW还厉害

最堵的是around chatswood (from artarmon to roseville)

Not much difference in price between Pymble and Turramurra if you want to be closer to the stations. West Pymble has the advantage in price but at the expense of longer distance to the station. So it all comes down to your priorities and budget. Turramurra can be a bit of a bottleneck, but then again most of the Pacific Highway is very congested in peak hours.
In term of education, Pymble Public, The Bush School, West Pymble Public are all good picks of local primary school. For high school, Turramurra High is a sound choice as it has almost consistently made it to the top 100 list in the past few years, and is ranked around No.6 in non-selective government high schools. And of course you can never talk about the beauty of North Shore without mentioning the prestigious, elite private schools in the same breath. There are abundance of them - Pymble Ladies' College,Knox Grammar,Abbotsleigh,Barker, to name a few.

我都快纠结的死掉了，从RYDE/EPPING 一路买房子买到北岸，现在RYDE/EPPING/EASTWOOD 的房价已经不像样子了，跟抢钱没太大的区别的，转战北岸，周末，被一朋友灭火了， 说太堵，看中了个房子，是在LOW SIDE， 不算太LOW，但是绝对看得出来的。 买个房太难了。我觉得我血压也高了不少啊。
