agent didn't answer my call - called me back - update

I viewed a house on Saturday and made an offer yesterday morning by email. He quickly responded by "I received a higher offer and have put it to the vendor."
I want to know how much the higher offer is and also want to have another look at the house before changing mine. I called the agent but he didn't answer.
Should I send my questions by email or just wait?

如果楼主很喜欢那个屋就隔断时间打一次。中介经常要接待别的顾客没法接电话的。

我遇到过这种情况，等他忙完了，然后给我个电话，说Vendor同意那个higher offer了，但还没有签字，如果我想要，至少需要比我之前的offer多三万。等于说你考虑的时间非常短...但我也能猜到Agent之前应该特别忙，所以也没办法的事情...

Agent 不能告訴你另外的 offer 有多高,真的喜歡的話既發 email, 電話也繼續打吧 .... 不過通常 Agent 會連絡你的,畢竟希望從你身上多擠一點出來

The agent called me back. He has a couple of offers. I asked for another inspection and we arranged a time on Saturday. But he needs to ask the tenants and will get back to me later.
Frankly, I didn't feel quite right when I walked into that house. I don't undersantd why because I have waited for a while to find one ticking most of my boxes.

相信你的第一感觉. 你这样犹豫, 是买不到房的.
