这个房子地基有问题吗

section32中有提到：
a structural engineer inspect and report levy is due to be raised on 23/9/2013 for $175.60.the structural engineer is to report on subsidence on the eastern side of the property.
这个的意思是不是说这个unit地基有下沉 定期检查 有潜在维修费用 慎重购买？

是的，那个是报告的费用

看来是有人觉得有问题提到strata meeting上了，上次会议通过做检查，并取得了报价，并由strata 会议通过收费。
