wonder if australia will have similar problemas US in the next 2 years, because resetion, and unemployment rate.
just like 2010 raise, then2011,2012 drop!
eg, lilydale price has come down since june.
other places will come down? or keep stable?

brand new houses, land, and land packeges are raising, because the tax duty saving...
but old ones should not be!

I been here for 16 years, seen too many what I heard, but wat I been seeing is how a house from 300k to 900k
