马上房子要settle 了, 请问大家一般什么做final inspection 啊
final inspection 的时候vendor 会在场吗
请问在房子的settle 之前, 律师会做什么事情啊

感覺final inspection那天就是儀式上的事情而已，基本上中介已經沒有那個耐性陪你慢慢檢查了。通常在settle之前的4-5天要安排好inspection的時間，假如有什麼沒有清理好的話也有時間讓你的律師與對方談判。我們inspection的那天檢查了所有水龍頭，門窗有沒壞，垃圾有沒有请走，大概整個房子走過一趟人家中介也差不多開始没耐性了。
