看了个house, 泳池长久不用成了渔缸，水草长了不少。请问如何处理，最新的泳池法案似乎有规定必须清理。
1. 泳池填了
2. 索性改成 Water feature 是否可行？
TX还有啥建议。如果不清理是否会被处罚？

Suggest you for the 1st time, get someone from local pool shop to help clean the pool. maybe 100-200 dollar. But worth paying for the bucks as after that you can maintain the pool yourself. It's not difficult to maintain a pool, but you just need to have a good start. Once you have a clean pool, then you only need to spend couple minutes on the pool everyday if it's  chlorine pool. Salt water pool is even easier. Hopefully it helps
