找律师，刚签了OFFER，中介才给看SECTION 32，用憋脚的英文看，不太懂，求能人解答。
You may be liable to pay a growth areas infrastructure contribution when you purchase this property. The Instrument of Transfer cannot be lodged for registration with the Registrar of Titles until the contribution is paid in full or an exemption from, or reduction of, the whole or part of the liabilty to pay the contribution is granted and any remainder of the contribution is paid or there has been a deferral of the whole or part of the liability to pay the contribution.

上面那段是例行套话，不用怕。
下面那段写的是"maybe"，看你具体S32的zoning，没有确实地分进去就不用担心。
现在维州各city没有maybe的没几个了
